McSweeny Insurance will conduct benefit service days to educate and assist employees on utilizing their employee benefit plans, educate employees in claims resolution and benefits related problems, assist Human Resources in the resolution of billing, claims and administrative issues, and conduct semi-annual employee Q&A with various carriers.
We also offer a company intranet and Human Resources management system that allows your employees to view their benefits and Human Resources to manage the plan and contribution information on their employees. This also allows for on-line enrollment.
